Job Description
- Support our international operation team to remotely organize our training events around the world
- Plan and execute pre-event arrangement with event stakeholders
- Coordinate with onsite operation team to ensure successful completion of each training events
- Coordinate with other external event vendors such as hotels, travel agencies,...
- Coordinate with internal teams such as procurement, sales, finance
Event reports
Job Requirements
- No experience required.
- Good at planning, organizing, working under pressure for deadline
- Good communication and negotiation skills, confident, positive, result-oriented, disciplined and quick learner.
- Working time 12:00 PM (Afternoon)– 09:00 PM (Evening) Monday – Friday following African Business Timing
- Able to commit minimum full time 03 months
- Degree in any field. Diploma will be reconsidered
- No travelling is required
