Job Description

 

  • Daily communicating via telephone and email with managers and leaders of top businesses and public organizations in African, European, Asian markets to promote our corporate training events.
  • Daily perform market research & analysis – Ability to generate your own qualified database through utilizing various avenues such as social media, print media, news, Google, Linkedin etc.
  • Daily perform the role of a business consultant to understand our client’s needs and conscientiously match our business portfolio to these needs.
  • Assist Sales Team Leader in developing strategic plan for each project
  • Work independently and be self-driven within a team structure
  • Report to Team Leaders on feedback, progress, potential delegates for the project.

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Passionate for Sales & Marketing, no experience required.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills, confident, positive, result-oriented, disciplined and quick learner.
  • Strive under pressure and can work in a fast-paced and disciplined environment.
  • Working 05 days Monday – Friday
  • Working time full time 12:00 PM – 09:00 PM, 01 hour break following clients timing (African, European, Asian markets)
  • Able to commit minimum full time minimum 06 months
  • Degree in any field. Diploma will be reconsidered 
  • No travel is required

Description

 

  • Communiquer quotidiennement par téléphone et email avec les dirigeants et managers des entreprises et organisations publiques majeures
    marchés Africains, Européens et Asiatiques afin de promouvoir nos évènements de formations en entreprise.
  • Assumer quotidiennement le rôle d'un consultant en affaires afin de comprendre les besoins de notre client et adapter consciencieusement notre portefeuille d'activités à ces besoins.
  • Aider le chef d'équipe des ventes à élaborer un plan stratégique pour chaque projet.
  • Travailler de façon autonome et être autonome au sein d'une structure d'équipe.
  • Rapport aux chefs d'équipe sur les commentaires, les progrès, ou des délégués potentiels pour le projet.
  • Être capable de travailler sous pression et de travailler dans un environnement dynamique et discipliné.

 

Requis

 

  • Passionné par la vente et le marketing, aucune expérience requise.
  • Bonnes aptitudes pour la communication et la négociation, confiant, positif, axé sur les résultats, méthodique et rapide.
  • Horaires de travail de 12h00 (Après-midi) – 21h00 du Lundi au Vendredi, suivant les horaires de travails du marchés Africains, Européens et Asiatiques.
  • Capable de s’engager à temps plein pour une durée de 6 mois.
  • Aucune qualification n’est requise.
