Since gaining independence, Botswana has been one of the world's fastest growing economies, averaging about 5% per annum over the past decade. Growth in private sector employment averaged about 10% per annum during the first 30 years of the country's independence.
We have the collaboration with Human Resource Development Council, the authority is responsible for planning and funding of the education and training as well as advising the Government of Botswana on all matters related to human capital development.
Botswana's impressive economic record has been built on a foundation of diamond mining, prudent fiscal policies, international financial and technical assistance, and a cautious foreign policy. We have successfully ensured that all our customers are satisfied with our commitment to them. Currently we maintain 4 training periods across Botswana seasonally by effectively leveraging both leadership management training for public sector and technical training for mining sector.
